12. Limits of intervention
WPASSIST works on WordPress, WooCommerce and the technical elements included in the validated scope. Certain situations may depend on third parties: host, registrar, payment provider, premium extension, theme, API, external tool, or client account.
WPASSIST does not promise that a site will be fully corrected, hardened, restored or optimized in every case. Where an external blocker is identified, WPASSIST may make a recommendation or request additional validation.
13. Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated in writing, WPASSIST's services do not include:
- the purchase or renewal of licenses, domain names, hosting, extensions or third-party services;
- content creation, marketing strategy, commercial management or the end client's customer service;
- correcting problems caused by an unreported external intervention;
- heavy custom development, complete redesigns or complex integrations not planned within the scope;
- guarantees of performance, availability, compliance, or absence of incidents dependent on external factors.
14. Liability
WPASSIST carries out its services with a reasonable, scoped and documented approach, within the limits of the information, access, validations and constraints provided by the client.
WPASSIST's liability cannot cover consequences related to inaccurate information, missing access, an expired license, an unvalidated client action, a third-party failure, a modification made outside the intervention, or an unreported constraint.
In any event, WPASSIST cannot be held liable for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data not directly attributable to the intervention, reputational harm, or unavailability caused by a third party.
15. Cancellation, suspension and termination
A one-off intervention that has been ordered and already started cannot be cancelled without billing for the work carried out. Any cancellation before work has begun may be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope and costs already incurred.
A Care subscription may be cancelled according to the terms indicated at the time of the order, in the payment area, or under the specific conditions accepted in writing.
WPASSIST may suspend or refuse execution in the event of non-payment, an unlawful request, disproportionate technical risk, absence of access, abusive behavior, a scope conflict, or an unresolved blocking dependency.
16. Right of withdrawal
These terms are intended for orders concluded with professional clients. In this context, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply.
If WPASSIST exceptionally accepts an order placed by a consumer, an appropriate contractual framework must be communicated before the order is validated, in particular regarding the right of withdrawal, its time limit, its exceptions, and the conditions for starting the service.
17. Data, confidentiality and access
Access provided by the client is used only for the purposes of the requested service. The client should favor dedicated accounts, limit rights to what is strictly necessary, and revoke access once the service is complete, where this is within their control.
WPASSIST undertakes not to use client access, data or information for purposes other than carrying out the requested service, except where required by law or with the client's written agreement.
In carrying out its services, WPASSIST may use subcontractors, including an intra-group technical entity located in Morocco (Network Assist Maroc), acting on WPASSIST's instructions and governed in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. Any transfers of data outside the European Union that may be necessary are governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR.
The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy.
18. Complaints, governing law and disputes
In the event of a difficulty, the client is invited to contact WPASSIST in writing using the details provided on the Contact page, in order to seek an amicable solution.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute between professionals that is not resolved amicably, the matter will be brought before the materially competent French courts, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
If a consumer order is accepted under a separate framework, information regarding consumer mediation will be communicated in accordance with applicable obligations.
19. Document version
Last updated: 6 July 2026.
WPASSIST may amend these terms to reflect its offers, its organization, its legal obligations, or its ordering tools. The version applicable is the one displayed or accepted at the time of the order.
The purpose of this page: to scope WPASSIST's services without overpromising, without ambiguity of scope, and without impossible commitments.
