For agencies

White-label WordPress

You run an agency and your clients have WordPress sites that need looking after, but that's not your core business. We become your behind-the-scenes technical team: you keep the client relationship, we handle the maintenance and interventions under your brand.

How it works

You stay the point of contact

Your clients don't see us. You run the relationship, the scoping and the billing; we work in the background.

Deliverables in your brand

Reports and communications adapted to your identity, for a consistent experience on the client's side.

Clear scope

Maintenance, security, performance, backups, interventions. What's included and what isn't is defined upfront.

Partner pricing

Set by quote based on the number of sites, the scope and the responsiveness expected. No fixed public price list.

Why delegate rather than hire

Building an in-house technical team for WordPress maintenance takes time and is expensive to size correctly. Delegating white-label gives you the technical capacity without the fixed overhead, and lets you say "yes" to maintenance requests without straying from your core business.

What we don't do

We never bypass your client relationship and we don't approach your clients directly. We don't take over your commercial role: we're the technical execution, not the storefront. For bigger custom development, we scope a separate project.

How a partnership gets set up

We start by scoping things out: how many sites, what level of service, what responsiveness is expected, what reporting expectations you have. From there, we define a simple setup — how you send us requests, how we report back to you, under which brand. You remain the sole point of contact for your clients; we work in the background, at your pace and in your image. The goal is that, from the outside, everything goes through you: your clients see your agency, not a third-party provider.

1. Scoping — scope, number of sites, service level, reporting.

2. Setup — flow of requests and reports, under your brand.

3. Execution — maintenance, security, interventions behind the scenes.

4. Follow-up — you keep visibility, your clients keep a single point of contact: you.

What you keep, what we take on

The split is clear and never overlaps. You keep what's your business: the commercial relationship, project scoping, billing, strategy. We take on the recurring technical load: updates, backups, security, monitoring, interventions. We don't approach your clients, we don't take over your role, and we don't show up without your agreement. That clean boundary is what makes white-label viable over time: you delegate the execution without ever delegating your client relationship.

Which agencies this is for

The model suits web agencies, design studios and freelancers who build WordPress or WooCommerce sites but don't want to carry the burden of their maintenance over time. Rather than turning down maintenance requests, or building an in-house technical team that's costly to size, you rely on ready-to-use technical capacity. You broaden your offer, you retain clients with serious follow-up, and you stay focused on what you do best.

Questions we often get asked

Will my clients know you exist?

No, unless you decide otherwise. The work is done behind the scenes, under your brand.

How is pricing set?

By quote, based on the number of sites, the scope and the level of responsiveness required. A clear scoping is set up at the start.

What about GDPR?

The framework is defined according to access, processing and hosting. A GDPR annex is part of the scoping.
